waking up at 6am..duno wad to do..mentally prepared to lose the race..but still so disappointed in the timing..49 sec is still kinda slow for us lorr..kao..same thing again..all B boys..B girls..C boys..all get 5th in their heats..B boys n girls get 13th overall..C boys get 12th..wth lorr..haix..i cut the lane 2 times somemore..if same thing happen in the Nationals..im gonna leave track wif Mr Lim..Miss Marlinda n graduted trackers this yr end..CCA-Free..no choice..i actually decided to leave track since last yr i worsen my injure..but then..still nvr..got ppl wan me stay..there r physical torture n some bad memories there..of coz there r good memories..but it wun last long..haix..i tried to something but it fails..nobody is capable of helping me..if i hav no choice..i muz quit track..to prevent those awkward sights..haix..u can be relieve..i will nvr go near u somehow after nationals..
